Antonius Muhle in Muhlhausen

Very rustic restaurant with very nice staff. Very tasty traditional Thuringian cuisine, served in generous portions. Since it is very cozy there, you can also stay for a drink or two after dinner. We would love to come back anytime. Greetings from Hagen, NRW Addendum: When browsing through the reviews of other commentators, I noticed Mr. Mustermann's and his displeasure with the beer price. To be honest, I have no words here. I live in North Rhine-Westphalia and travel all over the country for work. The price for the cyclist is average and anything but unusual. Why should a Thuringian restaurateur achieve a lower margin than the rest of the republic ??? The note about beer or beer soda drinks is nonsense, since beer or mix are priced the same everywhere. Live and let live, no one complains about the huge portions when eating, at a low price. Highly motivated, cordial, prudent, fast and hard-working staff is not seen in the already badly battered restaurant industry. These positive attributes can be found again at any time in the Antonius Mühle. I therefore ask for a little more humanity and, above all, solidarity and respect for the service providers. Well and if the beer is too expensive ... just drink one less or go to Netto.

Great restaurant on two floors with nice booths. The beautiful ambience and the super friendly service Kathrin is particularly to be highlighted. Threw the shop all alone that evening and was still totally relaxed and had time for a few short chats. Funny menu 😉, something for every taste, even little things ... let yourself be surprised. Highly recommended!

After many unsuccessful attempts to get a table for 2 in a restaurant, we stumbled upon the Antoniusmühle by chance. Here we received a friendly welcome and found a great atmosphere with really good food. A very special thank you to the nice waitress Kathrin. The restaurant is rustic (with vaults) and has a very good selection of regional and international dishes. For us an absolute recommendation if you want to eat out in Mühlhausen in a nice atmosphere!

This lovingly designed inn invites you to stay. There is a good variety of food. We ate the roulades, which tasted very good. The service was very friendly.

German cuisine, special dishes such as bread pot. Everything recommendable. Friendly staff.

A beautifully renovated half-timbered house with modern elements. Lay out on three floors. Located directly opposite the city wall and the Raven Tower. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The food was delicious. We were very pleased with the visit there.

4.60 euros for a cyclist !! One can say outrageously about that! Thank you for your detailed answer. Your explanations regarding the beer prices for wholesome beer in Germany's restaurants may correspond to reality, but a Radler is not wholesome beer, it only consists of about a third of beer and the rest of lemonade. And that a lemonade is not the same price as a beer, even a restaurateur who is not so knowledgeable about calculations should be aware. Therefore, the criticism of the price for a cyclist is entirely justified.

Very tasty food with friendly service. The ambience is nice although the lawn that wasn't mowed was a bit annoying to me. Overall a nice tasty German restaurant.

I didn't know there was an inn here, thanks to a birthday, I know that now. Friendly, quick and nice service, an ambience, you like to linger a little. I ordered a bread pot, with sauerkraut inside and meat, I really wanted a little more sauerkraut, otherwise, absolutely delicious and very rich. I have made a recommendation for this inn, but I think reserving a place is an advantage here.
